Method To Our Madness
(2011 Main Man Records)
When it came time to write and record some songs for an upcoming film called Let Me Down Hard, we were so happy with the results that we decided to revisit some of our older material.

So you may recognize a few of the titles on Method To Our Madness from our earlier CDs, but rest assured these are all-new recordings and we're prouder of this record than we've ever been of anything we've done.

Remember The Coop!
A Tribute To Alice Cooper's Killer Classics

(2010 Main Man Records)
Every year around the holidays Main Man Records puts together a big tribute, and this year was no exception. A disc of Alice Cooper classics and another recreating the amazing Killer album.

We gave them our version of "Desperado" for the Killer tribute, and were honored to be Richard Barone's backing band for "Hello Hooray", the first track on the "classics" disc.

Just What We Needed
A Tribute To The Cars

(2010 Main Man Records)
We had recorded "Bye Bye Love" from the Cars' first album for our album Welcome To Planet Omega, so ya know we're Cars fans. Then we were approached to be on a tribute to the first 2 records so we jumped at the chance to record another tune!

We did "You Can't Hold On Too Long" from Candy-O, plus we also appear backing up Joe Hand on "Good Times Roll". It's a really solid compilation with lots of great versions of the songs you know and love.

Q: Are We Not Devo?
A: We Are A Main Man Tribute

(2010 Main Man Records)
Use your freedom of choice and check out this tribute to Devo's groundbreaking debut album... or don't. We had a great time recording "Mongoloid" and are really proud of how it came out.

Other bands on the comp include The Atomic Bitchwax, True Love, The Ribeye Brothers & Deena And The Laughing Boys.

They'll Be Waking Up Soon
(2010 Main Man Records)
You wanted it... you got it: a second collection of covers (a sort of follow-up to 2005's America's Hit Remakers). Songs made famous by Cheap Trick, The Clash, Wings, The Cars, Warren Zevon, Elvis Costello, David Bowie, The Rolling Stones, AC/DC, Blue Öyster Cult, Black Sabbath, Aerosmith, Big Star, Graham Parker, Fear, Generation X, The Ramones, Iggy Pop, The Professionals, Redd Kross,
Hüsker Dü, Supergrass, Buddy Holly, Naked Brothers and MC5 have all been given the Frankenstein 3000 treatment.

Keith, Clint, Eric and Tommy all take lead vocals on this one, a first for the band.

We squeezed as much music as the manufacturer would allow. 27 songs in 79:54. Maximum capacity... maximum rock 'n' roll.

Where Do We Go From Here?
(2009 Main Man Records)
Our second all-original album (and third overall) was released in May of 2009. Songs like "Getaway" and "Mind Over Matter" show a different side to the band while maintaining our skewed view of songwriting.

"If you love hard rocking music with a punk edge, original lyrics and song themes, and bands with loads of attitude, then do yourself a favor and check this band out..." - Classic Rock Revisted

END OF 2011 UPDATE

The rumors are true: we've completed a new album. 13 brand new recordings and we're itching to get the finished product in your hands ASAP. Keep checking back for an early 2012 release date (and possibly a free download of the first single).

Until then, we'll be opening for David Johansen, once again, at The Brighton Bar in Long Branch, NJ on January 14th. He'll be accompanied by a guitarist and they'll be playing songs from David's entire career, including The New York Dolls, Buster Poindexter, The Harry Smiths and his solo albums. David's got some amazing stories to tell. Don't miss this show! Get tickets here.

The last few years have been busy ones for Frankenstein 3000. After promoting their third full-length release, the well-received Where Do We Go From Here, for the good part of 2009, culminating with the band headlining the Love & Rockets Tribute CD Release Party, they spent a few months working on their second covers album and things did not slow down in 2010. Early in the year Frankenstein 3000 unleashed They’ll Be Waking Up Soon to more positive reviews; they served as the back-up band for legendary Dead Boys guitarist Cheetah Chrome as well as ex-Bongos leader Richard Barone; they put their unique stamp on songs by Queen, Devo, The Cars and Alice Cooper for a tributes on Main Man Records; they played numerous shows with David Johansen, recent Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame inductee Dennis Dunaway, The Batusis, Steve Conte & The Crazy Truth, Skid Row, Blue Coupe and a highly successful benefit show headlined by members of Bon Jovi; and front-man Keith Roth landed the lead role in an independent film, Let Me Down Hard. Throughout it all Frankenstein 3000 still found the time to record their strongest collection of songs yet.
